EVENTS + EXPERIENCES
-
Considered, never contrived. Editorial, immersive and a little unexpected. Undefinable.
Details are meticulous but subtle. The feeling? Magic.
-
Kathryn’s experiential magic was developed inside the business of luxury retail and fashion, where strategic brand touchpoints were designed to build loyalty, acquire customers, drive sales and create meaningful local connections, effortlessly… logo overload need not apply.
Objective-focused and business-forward, her brand fluency, editorial lens and holistic perspective continue to inform every project today.
-
Kathryn partners with private individuals, billion-dollar luxury houses, emerging brands and startups, cultural innovators and mission-driven organizations across fashion, beauty, hospitality, entertainment, food, wellness, lifestyle and conscious commerce.
Her work moves just as freely, from intimate moments and fashion shows + presentations to experiential retail, launches, dinners, retreats and the whimsically undefined that could never fit into a brief.
-
Absolutely. Kathryn works alongside internal teams, agencies, producers, designers, venues and specialized partners, with each bringing their expertise to the project. She also works white-label when appropriate.
-
Yes. Engagements can span an entire experience or a defined piece of one. Either way, Kathryn steps into the role it needs, with an eye on how every piece informs the whole.
-
Helpful jumping-off points when reaching out include the date, location, objective, approximate scope, budget parameters, existing partners, what’s already decided and what you think you need.
-
From New York to Los Angeles, Florida to Vancouver, Oahu, Tokyo, Toronto, the Dominican Republic and London, Kathryn’s work has always traveled.
Currently based in Texas, she remains a professional road warrior.
-
Timing depends on the scope, budget, objective and guest list.
Have a few months? Great. Have a few weeks? Kathryn has a reputation for pulling off the seemingly impossible.
STEMS, STYLED
-
Same Element. Different Experience.
A Wink is a generous arrangement for everyday spaces, perfect for a smaller dining table, console, kitchen island or bedside moment.
A Statement expands the footprint for an entry table, substantial island, larger dining table or room-defining moment.Exact dimensions naturally shift within each Element and with the seasons. For approximate measurements, reference the SIZE GUIDE found on each Element’s page, just below SELECT SIZE.
-
While Kathryn maintains each Element’s color palette, vibe and intended footprint, flowers are particular, and Mother Nature has her own ideas. Season, availability and courier services naturally play their part, too.
However, swipe through each Element’s photos and pause when you land on a Wink or Statement. Secured with hemp twine and placed in a vase, what you see is the actual arrangement, pulled from its box pre-ship and photographed at its intended size.
The alternate size follows the same Element’s vibe and overall presence, scaled to its respective footprint per the SIZE GUIDE.
-
Every arrangement arrives with conditioning notes specific to receiving, opening and caring for your stems.
You’ll also find notes on each Element’s page, or for the full guide, visit CONDITIONING NOTES.
-
Well, no.
As an event and fashion show producer, creative director, and stylist (Pilates instructor, too), Kathryn pairs structure with movement, whimsy and play.
Fashion and Flow naturally meet Flowers.
-
Need flowers to go beyond a Wink or Statement?
From larger floral moments to intimate gatherings, events and experiences, and the whimsically unexpected, personalized requests are considered pending scope, timing and location.
-
Flowers are living things.
Buds may simply be following their natural timeline to bloom.
Petals, pollen and foliage may shed, and some varieties carry natural fragrances or may cause sensitivities.
Certain flowers and foliage can be toxic to pets, so please keep curious paws and noses in mind.

AIR is Kathryn’s weekly edit.
You choose the size, Kathryn’s got the rest… a blend of elements, but specifically what’s caught her eye.
CONSIDERED CURIOSITIES
-
Because not everything needs a screen or plug.
Considered Curiosities is an evolving edit of objects for gathering, giving, hosting, playing, reading, remembering and simply being present. Some useful. Some beautiful. Some wonderfully unnecessary.
All curated to add something to the moment.
-
Bringing together objects designed and curated by Kathryn, developed in collaboration with friends, or sourced from makers and brands whose work complements her own…
From sea to shining sea, Considered Curiosities highlight American Made.

MADE + GROWN
-
From small businesses, makers and artisans to manufacturing, fabrication and farming, the American Made spirit has returned.
However, while America’s onshore capabilities are expanding, it will take years, considerable capital and consumer support as a collective to undo The True Cost of our offshoring and outsourcing.
But we have to start somewhere.
From transparency around raw materials, ingredients and how components are sourced to where they can be grown, produced or made most responsibly for all supply chain parties, Kathryn celebrates the origins (and discloses) on individual product pages whenever relevant.Flowers, let’s continue this conversation below.
-
Now, for flowers…
From American infrastructure, labor, local availability, regulations, weather, oh and the DARE campaign, flowers are Kathryn’s Made in America exception. For now.
But she’s determined to “figure this out.” Give her a minute, and as with food, fashion and events, she will.In the meantime, she’s not leaving this discussion for the fine print…
Weighing how the flowers are grown and sourced with the Element’s variety, overall needs and cost factored in, Kathryn prioritizes American-grown stems when the season, quality and aesthetics align, but please note that most Stems, Styled flowers are sourced globally.
Locations currently include: North America, Netherlands, New Zealand, Japan, Italy, Thailand, Ecuador, Colombia and the rest of South America. The conversation continues, but what a beautiful lens to discuss our globalized supply chains and all things green!

What happens when someone with a very particular set of values, 26 years of creative x production experience, and an obsession with details actually makes something?
Talk meets Walk with Stems, Styled.
Kathryn’s love letter to supply-chains, aesthetics and ethics and celebrating the symbiotic relationships and perfectly imperfect entanglements between man and nature…
Meet the materials, Behind (and Beyond) the… Stems → -
A holistic look at the impact of each project, arrangement or curiosity.
Considerations for an event include food and spirits, rentals and/vs fabrication, floral mechanics, materials, waste… everything from the brand to what happens when everyone goes home. For flowers, this includes sourcing, mechanics (if needed), packaging and end of life for everything you receive. See BEHIND THE… STEMS for details.
For Curiosities, raw materials through the finished object, even the glue Kathryn’s used assembling her butterfly boxes.
Yes, she goes deep.
-
Hardly. But that doesn’t make it not worth doing.
Empowering the perfect in the imperfect, Kathryn’s personal Conscious Code is pushed as far as possible. Reasonably need not apply.
However, it’s through the extensive research, sourcing and legwork for her work and life that Kathryn empowers consumers wanting to make the better choice. Makes it easier, too.

Despite careful planning, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:
weather or natural disasters
carrier delays or mishandling
recipient unavailability
incorrect shipping address
If your arrangement arrives damaged, please contact hello@kathrynknox.com on the calendar day of delivery with photographs of the arrangement and its packaging so we can review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
We recommend shipping to a location where someone will be present to retrieve the flowers promptly, unpack and place the stems in water, or keep the box in a cool place until they can.
-
First, check the delivery location and any carrier delivery notes, including photographs where available. If the package still cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
